Q. Are Roots & Jones pens refillable?

 Yes, all of our pens are refillable. Refills can be purchased here.

Q. Can I Return my pen?

 If you are not satisfied with your pen you can return after 30 days. A custom pens are not returnable. We do not cover return shipping costs. If the pen is returned damaged then we reserve the right to refuse refund.

Q. Can I personalize my pen?

We do offer personalized engravings at an additional cost. They can be purchased here.

Q. Does roots & Jones have a corporate gift discount?

We offer discounts for corporate orders depending on quantity and Pen type. Please contact us and we will create a plan.

Q. I want to buy a pen but I can’t afford it; what do I do?

We do not want money to get in the way of attaining one of our handcrafted pens. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

 All of our pens are made from the earth, not one pen is the same. They are handmade in Louisville, KY using woods from all over the world, that enable a community to get back to their Roots and grow.
